• Completed applications are submitted to the Tyndale Office of Admissions for processing.
• This form does not imply acceptance of the candidate by the Institution.
• Other supplementary forms may be required before this application is considered complete.
• If you are a citizen of a country outside of North America, a $150 CDN application fee must be received prior to application processing. The non-refundable fee can be paid by mail in the form of a check or money order or paid by phone using a MasterCard or Visa credit card.
